Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING

We generally start manufacture on your product once you place your order, delivery’s is generally made within 3 – 4 weeks, but can be sooner in some instances (for example if we have pre made stock). Once you place your order we will contact you to discuss your purchase and delivery date.

Cost for delivery within our area is calculated as follows –

£0 to £50 – Delivery £5.00

£50 to £200 – Delivery £10.00

Over £200 – Free

Delivery outside our area please contact us for price. 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase if you have any questions post purchase in the first instance please contact us.

Unopened goods should be inspected upon delivery for any signs of transit damage prior to opening. Obvious transit damage should be reported to us (with photographic proof if possible) at the earliest opportunity and no later than 72 hours.

We generally start manufacture on your product once you place your order - goods (except personalised or bespoke) can be returned to us within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel.

Goods must be returned complete in original unopened packaging in a resalable condition.

Goods where home assembly has been attempted will be considered non resalable and cannot be returned.

Cost for returning cancelled goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
