GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US


1.1 www.mii-pro.co.uk is a website managed by Fitout design services ltd. T/A Mii-Pro (we, us, our). We are registered in England under company number 8675542. Our registered office is The Foundry, 9 Park Lane, Puckeridge Herts, SG11 1RL.

 

1.2 Material, images and text held on this site is the strict copyright property of Fitout Design Services Ltd. 


1.3 The designs of our products (and similar) are registered with the patent office and must not be copied or reproduced.


2. ORDERS

 

2.1 Orders are placed by following the processed set out on our site. You acknowledge that by placing an order subject to acceptance you are under obligation to pay for the products in order to receive them.

 

2.2 Please check your order at each stage and amend any errors. Please ensure that any requests for personalisation are correct prior to purchase.

 

2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will email you with confirmation accepting or rejecting your order.

 

2.4 Rejected orders will be subject to a full refund.

 

2.5 Products remain the property of Fitout Design services Ltd trading as Mii-Pro until fully paid.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS

 

3.1 You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your products without giving a reason.

 

3.2 You cannot cancel personalised or bespoke products once we have notified you that the goods are in production.

 

3.3 If you cancel your contract with us withing the right to change your mind period, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery within 14 days this is subject to the goods being satisfactorily received by us. (Special delivery cost or collection cost arranged by you will not be reimbursed).

 

3.4 To cancel your order you should email, telephone or write to us at the earliest opportunity.

 

3.5 We will be unable to cancel goods in transit before it reaches you. Goods should be accepted and then a return can be arranged unless subject to term

 

4. DELIVERY

 

4.1 We offer a delivery service in accordance with the timescale noted on our site. timescales are estimates, we will notify you in advance when the goods are due to be dispatched. The goods will then be delivered to you in accordance with the chosen delivery service (Standard, Special, AM etc).

 

4.2 Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the manufacture of the product or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

 

4.3 Once good are dispatched on the agreed day we will attempt to deliver to the address given to us by you. Your delivery will be completed when we deliver the products. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note informing you how to rearrange delivery.

 

4.4 If no one is available to accept the delivery at the address given to us by you the rearranged delivery may be subject to additional delivery cost.

 

4.5 Unopened goods should be inspected upon delivery for any signs of transit damage prior to opening. Obvious transit damage should be reported to us (with photographic proof if possible) at the earliest opportunity and no later than 72 hours.

 

5.0 OWNERSHIP

 

5.1 The products become your property upon delivery subject to receiving full payment from you.

 

5.2 The products become your responsibility once delivered or subject to availability upon collection from us.

 

 

6.0 RETURNS

 

6.1 Goods except those noted in term 3.2 can be returned to us within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel.

 

6.2 Goods must be returned complete in original un opened packaging in a resalable condition.

 

6.2 Goods where home assembly has been attempted will be considered non resalable and cannot be returned.

 

6.3 Cost for returning cancelled goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

7.0 DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS

 

7.1 We take great pride and care inspecting and packing each item, prior to any assembly or installation the goods should be carefully unpacked and inspected for damage. We should be notified of any damage goods at the earliest opportunity.

 

7.2 Upon notification of damaged goods we will arrange to replace the damage item, we will collect the damage item for inspection, if the damage is deemed to have been caused by assembly or neglect we reserve the right to charge for the replacement item.

 

7.2 Every effort is made to ensure goods are delivered complete should you find any item missing please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Subject to agreement we will send out the missing item at the earliest opportunity.

 

8.0 FAULTY GOODS

 

8.1 Should your product develop a fault, please contact us to discuss at the earliest opportunity. A product fault is deemed to be an issue that occurred to your item whilst being used in the way that it is intended and doesn’t cover misuse or damage caused by you.

 

8.1 If your product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery we will inspect the item offer a repair replacement or refund.

 

8.2 After 30 days but up to 6 months we will offer to repair or replace the faulty item. The option to repair or replace will be subject to agreement as to which option causes the least cost and disruption. At this stage a repair would generally be replacing the faulty part of your product.

 

8.3 After 6 months, but up to one year subject to inspection and agreement we will repair the product fault.
